Kickstand was produced to be a regionally exclusive item. The packaging was meant to resemble a polaroid picture.

We used a mixture of transparent and opaque inks to simulate "rust" on the capsules.

The label construction was complex. The varietal names were built into the Photoshop document and required the addition of a bump plate to make the varietals pop. We also added a spot UV varnish on the photo area to give it that Polaroid appearance.

To create the carton file, the Photoshop imagery was converted to one color bitmaps with a 45 line screen in order to accommodate direct to corrugate flexo printing.
